Returns Policy

We hope that you absolutely love every purchase made from us, but if you wish to return an item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at shop@lovebastian.com Items that you wish to return must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags and/or stickers and it must also be returned in the original packaging. Please provide photos. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchange request that does not meet the Love Bastian returns requirements.

 Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Broken or Faulty Items (if applicable)
If you believe your item is faulty please contact shop@lovebastian.com immediately. When emailing please include a photograph of the damaged/faulty item, and a description of the fault. Please do not attempt to fix the item of your own accord or via a third party as this may affect your entitlement to a refund, compensation or reimbursement.
